About Me
I'm a graduate student at California State University, Long Beach, pursuing a master's degree in computer science.
I currently work part-time as a Student Assistant in the Computer Lab at California State University's College of Business.
I'm seeking internships as a Software Developer, and am open to both on-site and remote employment. I have two years of professional experience working as a Software Engineer for a social e-commerce business in Delhi, India. I got the chance to work on both Backend and Frontend systems and was able to understand the business and operational elements of developing a technical system.

- Help students in installing software programs (like Windows11) and protect from spyware and malware
- Diagnose and fix hardware issues and troubleshoot network problems

Full Stack Developer
As a Software Engineer at EkAnek, I worked on varoius projects and gained proper industry exposure. Being in a startup, I got to create applications from scratch and even make some critical decisions regarding the model structure and functioning. The technologies used included the MVC framework Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, HTML5/CSS3, Postgres and SQL, REST and JSON API's, Google and Facebook Analytics, ElasticSearch and a ton of Ruby gems for varoius other features.

As a member of the Software Analysis and Automation department, I got a chance to closely examine the testing phase of the software development life cycle of applications based on IoT and written in Java and Kotlin. I also made a report that documented all the code smells and bugs that I found while understaning and reviewing the code.

I completed my Bachelors in Technology in 2019 from Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology, India and got a CGPA of 8.6 (3.4 according to 4 point scale).
Skills
I mainly worked on backend and frontend projects using Ruby on Rails, HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
I also have hands-on experience in using Ajax, jQuery and have used varioud softwares like
version control tools like Git.
I am also familiar with the ELK stack as I implemented search using ElasticSearch.
I am a beginner in ReactJS and Python and have just started out coding in these languages.
